I currently have an Icinga2 monitoring system mounted on a server where you register through the Dashboard panel and send emails to the account otrs@****.es
On another server I have OTRS 6.0.22 mounted with the ISTM and SystemMonitoring extensions.
I've been trying to integrate Icinga2 with OTRS for several days through the SystemMonitoring extension but I can't. Could someone give me a hand? Is there a tutorial on how to configure SystemMonitoring ?.
I have it configured as follows:
PostMaster :: PreFilterModule #### 00-SystemMonitoring
What could be happening? I only create the tickets automatically when an email is received in the otrs@***.es account but when the alert arrives at the same Recovery mailbox another Ticket is created since the SystemMonitoring module is not working.
Could someone help me or tell me where to get some information?
