Hello, we are needing to make the Open and New tickets shown in the main window sorted from higher priority to lower priority.
We were seeing some application settings and we failed to get the tickets ordered.

The sorting can be changing in the system configuration under 'DashboardBackend###0130-TicketOpen' by changing 'Attributes' from 'StateType=open;' to 'StateType=open;SortBy=Priority;OrderBy=Down;'.
The same goes for every other dashboard widget. Search for configs that start with 'DashboardBackend###' (just don't change the 'StateType' from the default).
