Hi there!
I am using OTRS 6.0.15, which is currently running and generating tickets through emails that reach an email like this:
User sends mail to help@mail.com
OTRS takes the mail, generates a Postmaster queued ticket and sends a confirmation email to the user.
Through this mechanism I am seeing the way to categorize the tickets automatically, with this I mean that the OTRS detects that mails are of high priority to low depending on keywords, perhaps inside the mail, or in the subject.
Is it possible to do that? How would it be done by script?
Thank you!
Priorize through mail keywords?
