statistics-module missing in menu options

Hi,

I am new this forum and OTRS too. I have installed OTRS 6.0.12. But i am unable to find statistics-module in menu options to generate graphs and reports of tickets.

what is exactly your issue? Please also use the latest patchlevel of ((otrs)) community edition. 6.0.12. ist outdated since several patchlevels

Hi,

maybe it is not "Statistic" but "Reports" in new versions.
