Filter for State instead of StateType for CustomerTicketOverview

Hello,

is it somehow possible to add another filter which includes the ticketState instead of statetype for the CustomerTicketOverview?
I know how to add another filter for statetype (for example "new") but if i change statetype to state, it won't work.

Example:

Filter for statetype open shows also tickets in state "in work" but i would like to add an extra filter whichs shows only the tickets which are "in work".
