Hello guys
I was looking in sysconfig for an option to enable services as column in the CustomerTicketOverview, but I don't see any options to enable this. Which I find strange.
I found that queue's are more for internal use and services for customers (and internal), but we only have the option to show queue's as a column in CustomerTicketOverview instead of services.
Is there an option to enable this that I am overlooking?

Other values like ticket type, priority are also no option to enable as a column in the CustomerTicketOverview screen
