Hello everyone,
I have organized a customer "Acme" where there are 3 user usersA; userB and userC who open the tickets on the same queue and everything works perfectly.
All 3 see the company's open tickets (so those opened by other users) how can I make this setting?

Enable customer group support and set only the supervisor as members, and the group to the company tickets in System Config.
