Reply not updated in ticket

Hi,
The signature of reply was:

[Client-support] OCF||OIC||Ticket #1558||Not able to select indices

but it was not updated in 1558 but it created a new ticket as 1559,

Please let me know if its because [] where not there or something else is wrong with above putting of ticket #.
