Greetings,
I upgraded from 6.0.17-01.noarch.rpm to 6.0.19-02.noarch.rpm and after a successful upgrade, I am receiving the following error:
"The browser you are using is too old.This software runs with a huge lists of browsers, please upgrade to one of these.Please see the documentation or ask your admin for further information." (From any browser)
- Uninstalled OTRS
- Reinstalled 6.0.17-01.noarch.rpm and it loads, so I proceeded to delete the database and created a blank database then proceeded to restore my backup, that also was successful.
- Attempt to log into the Ticketing GUI and none of my user accounts accept a password
Shouldn't a restore bring back all of my OTRS Users, Tickets and Config?
Lastly, I then tried to update back to 6.0.19-02 and it went back to the browser error. Anyone else have issues with this release?
Why isn't my restored backup allowing me to log in?
Resolved: Upgraded to 6.0.20-02 and now "Unsupported Browser Error"

It's a bug and has already been fixed for next version.
Want to run OTRS on docker ? checkout my OTRS on docker HOWTO | Project's github page

Thanks, wish they would remove .18 and .19 if that is the case.

Re: Upgraded to 6.0.20-02 and now "Unsupported Browser Error"
So I just upgraded from 6.0.17-01 to 6.0.20.02 and I am still getting "Unsupported Browser Error." Which indicated this was going to be resolved.
What am I missing here?

Re: Upgraded to 6.0.19-02 and now "Unsupported Browser Error"
Had to run the following to resolve it:
cd /opt/otrs/
su -c "scripts/DBUpdate-to-6.pl" -s /bin/bash otrs
su - otrs -s /bin/bash
bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild
cd /opt/otrs/
su -c "scripts/DBUpdate-to-6.pl" -s /bin/bash otrs
su - otrs -s /bin/bash
bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild
