Escalation through generic agent sent to specific agent and customer

Hi,
I want to create a generic agent that fires at 4.00 PM everyday and checks if the ticket with priority 1 is not solved for 2 days, sends mail to specific agent and customer user.
generic agent doesnt have notify specific agent feature. if i create ticket notfifcation it doesnt shows up as event in event trigger. also it doesnt have criteria to fire.

How i can do that. please help.

Hi,

Use the GenericAgent to set a dynamic field. Settings this field will be your trigger for the ticket notification.
