Ticket close email notification image wanted

Hi Folks,

When i close a ticket, and insert an image in the text field area it doesn't appear in notification email which sent to the customer. It can be seen at the OTRS customer page as separate post though. Inline images included in standard outgoing communication mails are working fine. Could you please tell me how i can setup to to inline images with the text in notification mails?

I think you can´t with the out the box options, perhaps it is neccesary to develop such utility.
