I am trying to add a Dynamic Field onto the Customer info at creation or edition, I already have created the Dynamic Field on the corresponding area but i can't find the option in System Configuration where to activate it on said screen.
Any help would be truly appreciated.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, i am assuming you are referring to the "/opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm" file but i couldn't find anything related to CustomerUser, perhaps is in another file?

If you don't have anything related to CustomerUser in your Config.pm copy the complete part from Kernel/Config/Defaults.pl (see https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-6 ... s.pm#L1547 for Dynamic Fields) into your Config.pm and modify it to your needs.
Do not modify Defaults.pm!
