Hi,
Iam using LDAP for user (agent) auth and i'd like know how can i actived the reset password option on Agent Login screen. For the customer i did it using Sysconfig paramter, but i cant for angent there is a parameter LostPassword actived but i cant see on agent screen.
Any help please?

Sorry to disappoint you, but this password lost feature is only used for the database backend authentication. For LDAP you should checking your IDM's capabilities.
