enabling ssl blocks tickets informations

Hello Folks,

I've recently enabled ssl on my otrs server using this article to do so:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... untu-16-04

it worked and I've managed to login with ssl.
now my issue is that I'm not able to see inside information in tickets.
I've uploaded a picture with the issue I'm having.

basically I don't see my comments and not the users comments

any idea how could I solve this ?
