I am newbie to OTRS.
I have a question about the use of OTRS.
It might be a FAQ but I could not find a way.
A large number of tickets have entered the non-JUNK queue due to a delivery error due to a misconfiguration in the output MDA.
How can I move them to JUNK or any queue at once?
Please tell me how to do this in SQL.

If not pleased adjust the post's title.
Changes via SQL are not recommended, use the GenericAgent for this. Find a criteria which matches your unwanted tickets.

Try searching for "GenericAgent" with keywords of FAQ.
