Guys, Good Afternoon!
I've gotten this issue in the image in attachments, after to up my OTRS 5 to 6, i use redhat 6.2. Maybe somebody has a solution to this problem.

Did you try installing it?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Thanks Guys the problem has been solved. i did donwload and installed.
