Change the date format

Good morning

Is there a possibility to change the date format in the extraction of OTRS reports?

Currently the extraction comes with this definition of data "2019-03-27 14:37:12 (Europe/Lisbon)" but only interested in "27-03-2019"

I have different problems with the date and i tried different ways to modify it.

One problem is using in notifications the tag reference <OTRS_TICKET_Created> . I want to switch days and months and i dont know how, i tried adding some date format code (as per the link in previous posts) in the Config.pm file with no success

Also, once choosing a date in the questionnaire, the format is fine ( i guess due to my personal preferences in OTRS) but when having the ticket results:

Data e franxa horaria desexada de publicación: 2020-12-18 09:01:00

This case i guess is due to the database configuration? I tried also modifying the NLS_DATE_FORMAT in config.pm with no success, any tip? I may have to contact DDBB admin for that?
