[SOLVED] How do I remove the link to Customer Information Center

I am running Ubuntu 18.04 OTRS 6.0.16 and mariadb 10

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to remove the link under the Customers Drop down "Customer Information Center" from non admin users.

I posted another bug in this forum about an internal server error when clicking on this link that I just do not seem to be able to get past, so to stop that from occurring how can I stop users from seeing this link and having access to it.

Hi,

You have to change the System Configuration Frontend::Navigation###AgentCustomerInformationCenter###001-Framework

Remove the upper configuration (see secreenshot):

Thank you. That does remove the link from the menu. Links to it in other places are not removed. However now I realize the "users" group does need access to it.

Use Group or GroupRo.
Add group "admin" in Configuration Frontend::Navigation###AgentCustomerInformationCenter###001-Framework - only this group can access.
