Unable to login into OTRS (button is disabled)

Hello every one,
Currently, we are facing issue related to login into OTRS. The button on PRD is disabled, on a 1st glance it looks like a problem related to low free space on a server. After adding 40GB space, the issue is still present, unfortunately, there is no data in logs which would help us to resolve this problem. Any ideas how to fix it? ver OTRS community edition 6.13

sorry to say that, but check the logs. Apache + syslog

Did this happen ad hoc? Or did you change something? OS update or similar?

Hi, thanks for the prompt response.
The issue has been fixed by upgrading OTRS to version 6.0.16, but at another hand don't know the root cause of this problem.
The list of steps which I tried to resolve an issue without upgrade:
- rebuild configuration files
- clear otrs's cache
- delete sessions
- restart otrs / apache etc
- restart virtual machine

As I said in the previous post, there were no logs related to this issue, everything was looking fine
