Where to find my new Note template?

Where to find my new Note template?

Hi all,

I can not find/select my newly created "template of the type Note" in a ticket

Steps I followed
Step1 Create the template
  • Add Template:
    Type Note
    Filled in the template body.
    No attachments
    Validity: valid
Step2 link the template to a queue
  • Select the new template
    Make the template active for some queues
    Save
Then I create a new Phone ticket in one to the active queues
When i open the ticket then i can't select the new note template.

I can select the forward and reply templates but the Note template isn't visible.
What did I forget?

Hi,

It's another template type (not note) when you reply. Try Answer as a type. You'll find your note template when adding a note (see Communication => Note).
