OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::Email::MailQueue-11 There was an error executing Execute() in Kernel::System::Console::Command::Maint::Email::MailQueue: Error: Message sending already in progress! Skipping...

Did you have configure the SysConfig SendmailNotificationEnvelopeFrom? Maybe prroviding some details from the communication log could help.
