I have activated 130-ForceStateChangeOnLock in order to change the state into a custom state when the ticket is locked.
Also we have declared all the valid states on: Ticket::UnlockStateType for Unlocked ticket.
After we locked a Ticket, when we try to unlock manually via the menu bar, the state of the tickets doesn't change to any of the values of: UnlockStateType
Did I miss a configuration at some point?
We are using OTRS 5

I don't think you've missed anything, but you might use a Generic Agent Event.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thank you for the hint. I searched about your solution and I was not aware of this option on OTRS. (I am new to this platform)
