I have a problem with ticket notifications and apostmaster filter. I have a main and sub-queue. The postmaster filter uses regex to move a ticket to the subqueue for a specific subject. The filter works and the ticket is created in the subqueue. Unfortunately, no notifications will be sent about a new ticket. The queue are active under "My Queues" and also the "Notification of new ticket". There is also no information in the ticket history that the action SendAgentNotification has been carried out.
In common notifications of new tickets are working. So I dont understand why not in that case.

The problem looks to be a genericagent where I set the responsible. If the genericagent is away the notifications are sent
