MailAccountFetch - No such user 'xxx@xxx.com' after update to 6.0.16

Hi,

since I updated from 6.0.15 to 6.0.16 I have these log errors every time a user's support email is fetched via POP3TLS:

Code: Select all

OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-10	No such user 'xxx@xxx.com'!

The email address in these log errors is the sender's email address.

The system works fine otherwise.

Any hints what is causing the problem?

Hi,

Any details in the communication log? Did you increased the LogLevel to debug?

I did not increase the LogLevel, it's still at "info".

Also no errors in the communication log.
