Hello,
under "customer information", the fields from customer (for example, CustomerCompanyZIP or CustomerCompanyURL) are displayed.
I have change the entry
[ 'CustomerCompanyURL', 'CMDB', 'url', 1, 0, 'var', 'https://helpdesk.wallmedien.de/otrs/ind ... figItemID=[% Data.CustomerCompanyURL | html %]', 0 ],
in the default.dm.
Now the field is named CMDB and I have a link that references a particular CI from the CMDB, depending on the customer company.
In some cases, however, the customer user is not assigned a customer company. There is only a company assignt in the "TIcket Information".
Is it possible to create this link in the "Ticket Information" too (Like the olready linked CustomerID)?
