OTRS stopped working after enabling TLS 1.2 on Exchange 2013

Post by harishts »

Hello,
For audit compliance, we had to disable SSL v3 and TLS 1.1 and enabled TLS 1.2 on all our exchange 2013 servers. Once this was done, our OTRS (3.2.3)was not getting any emails to convert to tickets. Can you please let me know where to enable TLS 1.2 on OTRS ? Urgently please as our ticketing system is currently non functional.

use a supported version of OTRS (OTRS6 or OTRS 7)

OTRS 3 is not mantained since years and has several security issues.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Hi,

I suggest the problem is no OTRS. Looks like your system (openssl, perl and related modules) are not able to use TLSv1.2.

What's your operating system, version and perl version?

Use a test system - always.
