unable to install ITSM modules

Need your help guys !!

I am stuck completely and not getting any solution.

I am getting below error in syslog file :

Dec 18 16:32:47 otrs-servicedesk OTRS-CGI-22[11260]: [Error][Kernel::System::WebUserAgent::Request][Line:221]: Can't perform POST on https://cloud.otrs.com/otrs/public.pl: 500 Can't connect to cloud.otrs.com:443

KIndly help me in resolving this issue.

check your firewall and proxy
