Hi, i've got a problem with new tickets on Agent dashboard, when i close a ticket (success, unsuccess) it still hanging in new tickets with status closed. How i can hide or move it from there ? I think that im do something wrong with permissions, but i dont know where i can find solution.
When i open new ticket from postmaster queue, ticket will appear in New Tickets and Open Tickets in Agent Dashboard.
Could someone help me, im n00b in OTRS.

This could be the cache setting of the dashboard widget. I recommend using queue or service view.

I found solution
After change attributes DashboardBackend###0120-TicketNew to StateType=new;SortBy=Changed;OrderBy=Down, everything works perfectly.
