ERROR: OTRS-CGI-13: Module Kernel::Modules::CustomerAccept not registered in Kernel/Config.pm

After restore of the debian linux virtual machine with Veeam Restore one part of the OTRS (4.0.11) is not working anymore.

When accessing:
/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerAccept

we get the error:

Module Kernel::Modules::CustomerAccept not registered in Kernel/Config.pm!

I have already checked SysConfig and can see that the checkbox for "CustomerAccept" is ticked. Moreover, I have run

shell> /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.CleanUp.pl
shell> /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl

but the issue persists.

Any ideas?

Issue is resolved. There was a missing "tick" in a checkbox in SysConfig Tool for CustomerAccept.
