Return to Queue after pressing Junk/Spam Button

Hi, i would like OTRS to go back to the queue after i press the junk/spam button (same as after i close a ticket). Is that possible and how/where?

As of now, you are staying in ticket zoom.
OTRS 5.0.24 (with ITSM Modules) and Znuny 6.4.4 in staging

How did you implement the Junk/Spam button or is it a custom package (you should contact the vendor in that case)?

Hi,

Pretty sure this is the menu module which is disabled by default and just move the ticket to a defined queue.

exactly, this is it. I would like to go back to overview after clicking the "junk" link.

I also don't think that you can configure a redirect.

If you want to do it yourself, you could modify this add-on (https://github.com/znuny/Znuny4OTRS-QuickClose/) and add a 'change queue' function and change the next page (Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZnuny4OTRSQuickClose.pm).
