Hi Paul,
There is no builtin way in OTRS to export tickets as CVS. What's the use case?

Thanks for your response, the company I am currently working for is shifting ticketing software and needs to get all of the current database tickets from OTRS into a csv file to be able to import them to the new software.

Hi,
This will be a challenge, think about newlines in articles, how do you like to present the unknown numbers of articles for each ticket? Any idea how the CVS should look like?

Hi, as mentionned there is no direct way to export the tickets in .CSV. But you could try to dump the MYSQL dB in CSV.
