Does anyone know why one of our agents could be seeing a negative number next to "My Locked Tickets: New Article" button at the top of the screen? Attached is a screen shot of what I am talking about. When the number is negative I am unable to see tickets until the number becomes positive. Since it is negative two I need at least three tickets before I can see any of the items.

I would perform a check on all database tables first. I've never seen sth like this. Any entries in the log files?
