Hello,
i am runing OTRS 5 at the moment, and in my company we are having this problem with a ticket that is always opening at the same time, every day for a specific queue.
We have checked the user that would supposedly be opening the tickets to find out it there was some rule forcing this and none found. We also checked any generic agent that would be runing with this setting and none found also. Did this ever happened to someone else? Any ideas on what could be the problem?

It is a phone ticket or an email ticket?
There is any cron task?
Is there any mail that incorporate emails to tickets?
