Assign Services By CustomerID

I would like to know if it is possible to assign services using CustormerID.
If Yes, How can I do it?

I tried using the following details on a ACL:

Properties
>Frontend
>Action: CustormerTicketMessage

>Ticket
>Type: [RegExp]Solicitação de Serviço

Possible
>Ticket
>Service: [RegExp]Solicitação de Serviço

The details above did not work.
