Hello everybody,
Since I'm new here, just a few words about myself: My name is Alex, I'm 43 years old and an absolute OTRS newbie. After working with OTRS for two weeks now, I was appointed OTRS officer a week ago - the previous person in charge has reoriented himself.
Now my boss wants to make some changes in the ticket overview and I can not get it and hope that I get help here.
I have renamed these three settings:

Now these should appear in the overview:

I've already tried inserting the three positions in DashboardBackend, but only columns without values appear.
I would be happy about every solution.
