as in title, something strange happened when I close the ticket with Empty Answer.
On every different customer I open ticket, on close (with Empty Answer) I get the same recipient.
Of course, we decided to set the same email for all customers, but on older OTRS versions it worked, placing the correct envelope email recipient with the same email.
Ex.
How should it be:
Ticket opened for "John Deer"<same_system_email_for_all@whatever.com>
Ticket Close Empty Answer To: "John Deer"<same_system_email_for_all@whatever.com>
In my case:
Ticket opened for "John Deer"<same_system_email_for_all@whatever.com>
Ticket Close Empty Answer To: "Armando Blu"<same_system_email_for_all@whatever.com> - (takes the first user in databse table)
