PendingAutoClose+ not working

Hi,
I am running OTRS4 on CentOS6. I am not sure why the PendingAutoClose+ did not work after the set up time is up.

It works before. Any places I can check to make it work again?

First of all i Would check the logs and also check if there is any ptach for your otrs version that talks about your problem.
