OTRS 6, Disable "Settings" on dashboard, full screen width

Post by gawkla »

Hello Team
Is there any way to disable, hide, or simply minimize right column on dashboard screen?

In our company it is rarely used. I would like to use almost full screen width for ticket informations and not waste space for big white rectangle on right.
There was special extension for version OTRS V5 but it isn't compatible with version V6.

Previous topic (for version V5):

Hi,

From what I know this can't be done with "vanilla" OTRS. You need a plugin. And from the reference to your posts, there is a plugin that can modify OTRS to do that but doesn't seem to have been updated to support OTRS 6.

Have you tried to contact the author?
