Hi,
i have seen the possibility that for example a Computer has a owner option. Now i saw that in the Customer User Information a widget with assigned CI from the CMDB should be listed. But there still are everything filled with 0 and i cant figure out how it is possible to link this information so they were listed here.

AFAIK this requires a (commercial) addon. I never got this running in ((OTRS)) Community Edition
