OTRS_CUSTOMER_LOGIN issue

HI,

I have upgraded the OTRS version 4 to Version 5. After complete upgrade, I cannot raise any ticket from customer.pl page and got this error. Can you please tell the solution on this issue?

Hi!

OTRS seem to have problems finding the relevant data in the DB. Have you done the migration scripts?
This is not found on your current DB: a_message_id_md5
There might be others that are not found. Your DB seem to miss some data, you probably just need to update the DB to your version of OTRS.
