My OTRS has DefaultLanguage set to "de". If I create an agent manually, the agent has the correct language (de). But if a user logs in for the first time using LDAP, the agent is created with englisch language.
How to make german the default language for LDAP agents?

Could it be that OTRS uses the Accept-Language HTTP header from the users web browser to set the language?
