Hi I created a new dynamicField as Ticket dropdown selection available in Priority options,
Now i created a postmaster that if email coming from person a
select X-OTRS-DynamicField- (key value business 1)
All work fine, but if i go to Ticket-Queue Overview, and filter by DynamicField-business I see a duplication of dynamicField
1 selected by user manually,
2 applied by postmaster filter on creation of ticket.
i checked if there is extra space before of after name but they look exacly same, any way to fix it?
