Hello,
I have the problem, that in our OTRS Followup mails sometimes do net set the state back to open correctly.
I already checked that the PostmasterFollowupState and the PostmasterFollowupStateClosed are both enabled and set to open.
The curious thing is, that in the same Ticket some Followups do set the state correctly, and some don't.
If i look at the history, this is also shown accordingly.
Is there some way to see the X-OTRS headers of a specific followup, to see if maybe the X-Otrs-Followup-State is set to closed for the times when the tickets were not set to open again?

If those headers are set in the original mail, you can see them via "Plain View". If they are set via Postmaster Filter, there is no way to see that.
