Dear otterhub community,
i am fairly new to otrs and "discovered" processmanagement a while ago.
Now i was asked to create a process with parallel actions which shall be worked on by different people.
After a lot of googling i think creating tickets as child tickets and asign them to a certain queue is the way to go. (Correct me, if i am wrong)
Now the question:
Is there a way to automatically change the DynamicFields of the parent-ticket to the same values as in the child-ticket?
I thought about maybe creating an event which changes DynamicFields but i cannot select "parent-ticket" or something like that.
I would appreciate your help and hints very much. Thanks in advance, Vroon89

Re: Write DynamicField-Values from child to parent
Hi,
So far I only know a commercial addon that changes dynamic fields of another ticket (within process management) within a transition action (not automatically)
But a custom event module should solve this too and should not be too hard to implement.
