SSO and external Customer.pl access

Hello:

I have configured OTRS with SSO and works perfectly. Now, I'm trying to configure access for external users (customers that access over Internet and their computers are not in our domain but they have domain user) but as you can suppose it is now working because SSO only works for computers that are on our domain.

Is there any way to have SSO login internally and LDAP Login externally?

I'm using version 6
