We have installed on a test VM the version 6 of OTRS. The version is quite well according to our tests.
We have a quite strange behavior, on the new version , the button 'New Ticket' does not exist when logging with a customer contact have already tickets in OTRS. The contact only sees the button 'Tickets'.
While we have the button 'Create a first ticket' for customers having no tickets yet.
I resaved the customer groups in OTRS, I also added a group to the customer (company of customer) it does not help.
I tested with IE11 and Chrome.
I also checked that 'CustomGroupSupport' is also well enabled in SysConfig.
So my question is : si there a new parameter or change in version 6 to enable this option for a customer ?
I see sometimes in the log : Fri Jul 27 15:07:16 2018 (Europe/Brussels) error OTRS-CGI-10 Need GroupName!
But i am not 100% sure it is related to the problem (we had not the message in version 5).
