Greetings,
I am having problems updating ticket states in the Agent Interface.
I get the following Error Message in the logs:
Process: Process-8924d49df8d67cf201bb929053fd39a2 Activity: Activity-1d3a715cf00b3a9e3c62c403b4fca922 Transition: Transition-bc499ed0cd7f7d2d7de4b245a195428d TransitionAction: TransitionAction-5b706301137edc585eca09a90089df42 - Ticket StateID 11 could not be updated for Ticket: 68987!
Using the customer interface and on other Queues with the same Group and permissions I can update with the same StateID.
Can anyone Help Me?
