Is there a way to change the default ticket owner for new tickets created, and for tickets that are moved from one queue to another?
I want to make the Admin user the default user when a ticket is created and when the ticket is moved.
I already checked in the database that the Admin user(root@loclahost) has ID 1, and the email address is not beeing used by any other user.

Hi Roy,
Thanks for your answer. For now I do have a GenericAgent created to set the default user to be the Admin. But I thought that there would be a setting in the System Configuration for this.
Best Regards
