Hi people,
Got another issue with my OTRS6 configuration, I configure all "AgentTicketXXXXX::Permissions" with specifics permissions my users need.
But when I use owner system, seems like you got rw permissions when you are owner of a ticket. There is an option to disable that? I don’t want new permissions for owner, only personal permissions on users accounts.
