Hi,
I got a problem on a fresh install, OTRS v6.0.4
On Dashboard view, tickets are only listed to agents with rw permissions on the queues.
With only ro, move, note, etc (everything except rw) tickets are not listed... Agents can access them with Status view, but they can’t with Dashboard and Queue view : no ticket.
I don’t know why I got this issue. Anyone had an idea?

Hi,
this behaviour is by design.
You have to change your dashboard widget configurations with other permissions (ro) for example.
